The special room block set up for our guests ensures a discounted rate that won’t change with the demand in bookings. We have a certain amount of rooms set aside however, there are only a few rooms in each category available. In order to make the most of your trip, and to book the room category that you want, please consider booking your stay early. Reservations can be made immediately by contacting our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible. 

*** IMPORTANT: THE DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL MARCH 15TH -- AFTER THAT DATE, ANY NEW ROOM REQUESTS WILL BE PRICED AT THE CURRENT PREVAILING RATE OFFERED BY THE RESORT. 

Please make note of the 4 important payment deadlines below:


- August 15, 2025  Reservation and Initial Deposit: $300/per room plus the costs of any insurance premium. Please note, if you add flights to your reservation, the deposit will increase according to airline specific requirements.

- November 15, 2025 Second Deposit: The amount due is the equivalent of a 1-night stay on your room reservation. 

- January 15, 2026  Third Deposit: The amount due is the equivalent of a 1-night stay on your room reservation.

- March 15, 2026 Final Payment: Any remaining balance on your reservation. 

***NEW RESERVATION REQUESTS OR LAST MINUTE CHANGES MADE 50 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO TRAVEL WILL INCUR SERVICE FEES.
