PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
All Travelers, please note that up to date passports are necessary and all existing passports must be valid through the duration of your stay.

Do not wait to get your passport. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP due to processing delays due to the pandemic. The earlier you inquire will help prevent extra unnecessary fees to expedite the process. For more information on obtaining a passport visit The U.S. Department of State page here.

FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into. Please note flight schedules are released until 10-11 months prior to travel.

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. If you book through MarieSam, the airport transfers to and from Hotel Xcaret Mexico will also be included in the price of lodging. Another item you will not have to worry about when booking with our Travel Coordinator. Estimated time from the Cancun International Airport to start your vacation at Hotel Xcaret Resort is approximately 70 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, an all-inclusive resort 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to when it comes to booking a room, as well as helping you book your roundtrip flights.  

**We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be 1) more expensive for you and 2) because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special perks for the entire group.**
