Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the final payment date will be subject to at least a $50 change fee. Any changes requested after the final payment date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

Kindly note, your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit payment is processed, we will then send you an e-mail with your invoice and booking information. Kindly note, there is a limited number of rooms available for those who would like to stay longer than three nights -- if you wish to stay longer, please submit your reservation request as soon as possible as room reservations for an extended stay are first come first serve.

WHAT ARE THE PERKS IN STAYING AT THE ADULTS-ONLY VIP BUILDING (CASA FUEGO)

Rooms in the VIP Building Casa Fuego offer an exclusive and sophisticated adults-only experience. Guests in this building have access to the most iconic rooftop pool in the Mayan Riviera and the Italian-Mexican inspired Fuego restaurant.

Casa Fuego is great for guests who are looking for exclusiveness, private spaces and butler service. This Casa has its own reception check-in area and gym and is closest to the lagoon and beach area. You will also receive free access to the award-winning Sunday brunch in Las Cuevas (normally $100/person).

Only guests staying in Casa Fuego will have access to this building, including the rooftop pool and Casa Fuego restaurant

The wedding group rates have been secured and rooms have been blocked off, waiting for you to book your stay!

There is a 3-night minimum for this room block but you have the option to arrive early or stay later to extend your vacation. The table below indicates the earliest and latest dates of your stay.
